What is the process of making an offer on a house?

Once you and your REALTOR® find a suitable home, you will work together to submit a written offer to the seller. Your offer may include the proposed purchase price, closing date, contingencies, financing details, and a deadline for the seller's response. Negotiations may follow before reaching an agreement. Remember that as a buyer, the services of a REALTOR® do not cost you anything, as their commissions are covered by the seller’s fees.

What is a home inspection, and is it necessary?
