G'day!

Whether you are very young, a teenager, a young adult, middle aged, or more senior in years, adequate shelter is critical to your life.  It affects your physical wellbeing, your mental wellbeing, your emotional wellbeing, your social interactions, your employment, your retirement, your enjoyment, and countless other factors.  It affects just about everything you are and everything you do.

But what is a home?  How is a home different to a house?  Some might view a home as simply a place where one lives permanently, as a member of a family or household.  But I think it is much, much more.  I believe that a home is a place where one has created or can create, an emotional connection, a sense of belonging, and is a place where one feels safe, secure and accepted.  To me, home is your intimate space, a place of sanctuary, and a place that can become an expression of who you are.

So it comes as no surprise then, that the words 'Welcome home' are very important to me. And as I’ve acknowledged, while 'home' is a word that may have a different meaning to each of us, something we all do is share a desire to be happy and comfortable in our home, whatever and wherever it may be.

Principally, I work in the Greater Fredericton area, but I'm delighted to look after any of your real estate needs in the province of New Brunswick. I have had the pleasure and honour of helping hundreds of clients find a home that 'sings' to them since 2005 and would be delighted to do the same for you.

Thanks for dropping by! Don't hesitate to call me with any questions.

Cheers,

-Kate
