My name is Kate Mammen and the words ‘Welcome home’ are very dear to me.  While ‘home’ is a word that may have a different meaning to each of us, something we all do is share a desire to be happy and comfortable in our home, whatever and wherever it may be.

Principally I work in the Greater Fredericton area, but as my motto suggests, I can look after any of your real estate needs in the province of New Brunswick.  I have had the pleasure of helping many clients find a home that 'sings' to them since 2005 and would be delighted to do the same for you.

Having worked and lived around the world, I appreciate the importance of home.  I know how crucial it is to sell for the best possible price and conditions, as well as find the right property to replace it.   What I can assure you of is that I will go above and beyond during the process, just as I have done for many individuals, couples, families and businesses year after year.
