She went above and beyond in the sale of my house, dealing with details that were unlikely to increase her commission much but that helped me maximize value (expensive photography, landscaping, staging). I ended up getting $140K over asking! And when we were buying she was also great, suggesting we see several houses that were unlikely to be "the one" to get a sense of the market and pros and cons of properties, even though this took lots of time. After everything was done, she still helped connect me with a seamstress, photographer etc for my wedding. Clients are not just a paycheque to Kate. I'd never consider using someone else."
